XCB bug - cinelerra hangs

Interesting bug; thanks much for reporting it, and for
providing such detailed information!

I'm not sure exactly what's going on yet, though---the stack
backtrace looks like everyone involved in XCB is happily
waiting for an event.  When the next event or reply is
received, at least one of those select()s should return and
event processing should resume.  Perhaps XCB dropped a reply
at some point, or perhaps the XCB-based Xlib is triggering a
bug in the Cinelerra code.

Hopefully Jamey will take a look at this one; you might want
to file the bug against XCB when you get a chance also to
increase the chances of this.
