multiple screens bug?

Xorg server from master branch is facing a problem with multiple 
screens. Depending on the screen relation (leftof, rightof, etc..) which 
I set on xorg.conf, the cursors sometimes get confined to just one 
screen and sometimes the cursors don't warp to other screen.

On the server-1.2 branch all is okay. Any clue? Any hint?
