First try to rename (with X switched off) your /etc/X11/xorg.conf to
something else and than restart X. Will it help? If not, then please file
a bug to bugzilla.redhat.com component xorg-x11 and we will take a look at
that. Please, attach to that bug /etc/X11/xorg.conf which will be
generated by X (you have to restart X for them to write that new
configuration to the disk) and /var/log/Xorg.0.log as attachments to the
bug.

Second, before we can work on your bug, try to replace

Driver "i810"

in /etc/X11/xorg.conf with

Driver "intel"

(and comment out anything else except Identifier line in that section, so
it should have just Driver and Identifier lines).

Restart X. What will happen?
