Compilation problem "error: 'TS_Raw' undeclared" still remains

Hi,

Getting and compiling a clean copy of X following the
http://wiki.x.org/wiki/ModularDevelopersGuide currently will still result in
the "error: 'TS_Raw' undeclared", which was seemed to be caused by
inputproto 1.4. According to someone's experience here, downgrade inputproto
won't work. Is there anyone coming to fix it?
