as far as graphic card are concerned, it's true and I also thank them
for that (I have an i830 on a tablet) but wifi cards would benefit
getting rid of the blobs as well :)

all in all I perfectly agree with the post and the intention but I
though it would be nice to thank radeon devs that did a nice job for
r200/r300 support.
