[PATCH 0/2] Fix panoramiX request and reply swapping

Here is the updated patch to fix panoramiX swapping. Patch 1/2 replaces the 
patch I sent to this list on Dec 18, 2007. It now also sets rep.window and 
rep.screen.

While I was creating the patch, I noticed that the RandR Xinerama emulation 
layer returns funny values in GetScreenSize. Patch 2/2 changes the values 
returned by ProcRRXineramaGetScreenSize. Because I am not using the new RandR 
yet, I have not been able to test this change. Since it is less obvious than 
1/1, in addition to being untested, I have left it as a separate patch to 
make it easier for you to ignore.
