[intel] wrong white and black levels in xv

version 2.2.0 of the intel driver contains commit
6eecef4fed8a21dfdabef42eb69fd150b96167b2 which reverts the TV out
brightness from 0x10 back to 0x00, fixing this washed out issue for me.
(In fact I also change the contrast and saturation from 0x60 to 0x40 for
even better results). You can hack the 2.1.0 driver with a hex editor to
get the same results :)
Are you only seeing this issue with TV out?
