Sorry for the looong delay, I try with latest git xrandr tool
and latest git driver and the problem persist, I presume now
the CRTC is correct for the VGA-0 port but `xrandr --output \
LVDS --off` still power off both ports.

I update the bug report with the requested info, thanks.
