IHMO, since fedora and Redhat don't ship Xorg 7.3 with Xorg-server
1.4.0 , nobody does like Ubumtu , Debian , Gentoo, Mandriva, Suse,
Slackware and Arch Linux (I think) .

Upcoming Fedora 9 already have xorg-server 1.4.99 (1.5), I don't know if
this make sense, but I don't see a solution.

But in mean time, for who honors stability have Xorg 7.3.1, I think that
could be good, because improves stability in some drives like Intel ...

But this release (Xorg 7.3.1) should also bump a numbers of others
componentes , like pciaccess-0.10.0, libXcomposite-0.4.0, Mesa-7.0.3
etc
That my Humble Opinion.

Thanks,
