Build problem

I think I found all of the ones which needed fixing from the big push:

doc/xorg-sgml-doctools
app/fdclock
app/xkbutils
app/xphelloworld
app/xrestop
app/xrx

and pushed those when the bug about doc/xorg-sgml-doctools came thru.

I don't find any others grep(1)ing thru the git/xorg tree.
