Oh.  Thanks for the clarification!

I'm confused by this, as I wasn't allowed to edit at least
the front page until I recently got the right permissions.
And as far as I know no one but XCB developers can edit our
XCB pages---although I could be wrong here also.

Can somebody in the know please give a clear description of
what our current Wiki editing rules are?
