dnd and ShapeInput

Hello,

is it possible to have a window that does not receive dnd events? I
mean something like ShapeInput for dnd.  

Also I wonder if it is intended that windows with ShapeInput set
still catch dnd events in the area that is set to not receive
mouse events. 

Sorry this sounds a bit complicated :) if the problem is not clear i'll
try to explain in more detail what i am trying to achieve.
