OLPC keyboard definitions - take 9

Hello Sergey,

this is an updated dump of the OLPC keyboard definitions.
Several weeks passed and unfortunately I didn't think of
keeping a local changelog.  A partial list of changes is:

 - drop the "tu" (turkish) keyboard map
 - fix spelling errors in the classmate us symbols
 - updated AltGr symbols for the "us" map
 - several updates to the "ng" map
 - drop the OLPC-specific keycode hacks as they weren't needed after all
 - rebase on latest CVS code
