'Fatal server error: lockup', just means that the GPU has hung and isn't
processing commands anymore.  It's not one bug, but could be absolutely
anything.  In addition, you already basically know that the GPU's locked
up, so without a great deal of further investigation (or a testcase
which can help the team reliably reproduce the issue), the bug report
itself doesn't provide enough information to sort it out.
