ANSI-fied libX11

Hi,

As previously discussed [0], I have a patch set that converts libX11 from 
its current mix of K&R and ANSI style function declarations to ANSI style.

I'm about to send these patches to the list (all 265 of them). If there is 
no objection to the high volume of messages generated I will send them as 
individual patches, one per file touched. This should make it easiest to 
discuss individual changes.
