Xorg issue I can't stand...

I use a large aluminium baking sheet (at Xmas I have to give it up so we
can bake Xmas cookies :-).

I've got an old Dell laptop with a similar problem, the bottom of the beast
gets very hot
with I use it to play Linux Alephone, after a few minutes of playing that
FPS game
my CPU fan comes on.  Having an extra large Al heat sink really helps.
