I'm not too familiar with the gatos code, but it looks like the
micorcode is failing to load.  do you have the firmware file at
/usr/lib/xorg/modules/multimedia/rt2_pmem.bin?  if not you need to get
a copy of it from somewhere.  you might want to check at
http://gatos.sf.net
