Video card capable of 14-15 hsync?

Hi,
Radeon R200 and varients should work.
I had a Radeon 9200se which I think is either rv250 or rv280, and got
this going with a vga to scart lead I'd made. I've not used it in a
while but I'm pretty sure this was the xorg.conf I was using. I think
the ForceMinDotClock is the vital option
This was for UK PAL output.
