The duallink DVI port is handled by an external TMDS chip connected to
the DVO port which at this point will only work if the bios properly
initializes the TMDS chip.  We don't yet have code in the radeon
driver to initialize i2c TMDS encoder chips.  It's doable, but no one
has done the work yet.
