what happened to xserver-mach64??

there are all kind of graphic-card drivers in Xorg now (check out 
xserver-xorg-video-all) but what happened to the xserver-mach64 driver which 
was in Xfree86? I cannot find it in Xorg. can anyone tell me where it can be 
found or how it is installed now?
