Disable stretching in ATI driver

Thanks. I tried that but the result is not that nice. The 1024x768
screen is now displayed in the  upper left corner of the 1280x800
screen, but that's ok.

More serious is that the 32 unused pixel rows on the bottom of the
screen show strange stuff (it's not normal pixel chaos, it's more like
if the display is broken. Pixels are fading from gray to white slowly) .
And when I switch back to a 1280x800 resolution with xrandr the lower 32
pixel rows still have pixel problems (Now showing real pixel chaos which
looks like video memory corruption).

I have to restart the xserver to get these 32 pixel rows working
correctly again.

Maybe there is more to do then just commeting out RADEON_USE_RMX?
