I've found two version number glitches:

libXmu-1.0.2 has been released twice with different content.
First time was here:
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/xorg-announce/2006-May/000066.html

The just released xf86-video-i128 1.1.0.6 seems to be an update to
xf86-video-i128 1.2.0, released in April 2006.
