Is this the correct mail list?

Hi,
I would like to know if this is the correct mailing list to send to
for problems while compiling and running X on a windows platform. (I
am not using the Cygwin DLLs).  I have been redirected from one mail
list to another and from one forum to another.  If this is not the
right place, could anyone be kind enough to indicate where I should
post my queries?
