[ANNOUNCE] inputproto 1.4

inputproto-1.4 has been released, merging the input-hotplug branch.

Daniel Stone:
      add DevicePresenceNotify event, clean up
      add XExtensionKeyboard and XExtensionPointer classes
      add DEVICE_ENABLE control, add core indication
      DevicePresenceNotify: add deviceid field, with explanation
      DeviceAbs{Area,Calib}: properly align 32-bit types

Zephaniah E. Hull:
      DEVICE_TOUCHPAD -> DEVICE_ABS_CALIB.
