heh, I'm not failing for that again. I had enough of fun with ADLO [*] :-)

Either way, I think I nailed it down.

I run Linux Kernel with "vga=0312 video=vesafb:mtrr:3", and then start
mplayer with "-vo s3fb" option. I get beautfull smooth full-screen
video.

The system is Pentium II 350mhz and runs at ~50%... but I wonder, can I
do better, can I speed it up more?
