Just a note that while suspend-to-ram doesn't work at all with fglrx on
my system ( Turion notebook with an X700 mobility ), software-suspend2
works almost flawlessly ... almost. The worst thing that happens to me
is that it fails to resume the 1st ( or 2nd ) time, but upon trying
again, it always manages to resume. It doesn't look too graceful, but it
works. And IMHO software-suspend is better than suspend-to-ram anyway.
