Patch to fix X11R6.9 on Mac OS X

I didn't have time to fix this at the time, but the internal changes  
to the
GL driver interface in 6.9 broke a lot of things in Mac OS X support for
GLX. This is documented in bug #5106
(https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5106). I have uploaded  
a patch
to this bug which fixes this in the old Monolithic tree. Now that  
this tree
is no longer active, is there anything special I should do before  
committing
this?

What about 7.x?
These fixes are necessary but not sufficient to fix Mac OS X issues  
in 7.x.
Others in the Mac OS X community have done a fair amount of work on  
getting
the build system issues ironed out. Putting these together with the GLX
fixes should hopefully yield a fully working XDarwin server for 7.x  
soon.
