PATCH: Added amd64 support for aperture driver (plus cosmetics to make aperture building on sun4v)

I've checked this in to the Xorg master tree to update the one currently
there, though long term what is really needed is to get it or an equivalent
into the OpenSolaris kernel (ON) sources to replace the closed-source xsvc
currently used on Solaris x86/x64, instead of having it be a random extra
bit hidden in the Xorg server source tree.
