Well a describtion of the problem often helps. And an acceptence that 
people are here because they want to be here, rather than because they 
muct be at your beck and call.

This isn't the busiest of mailing lists in the world either. If you are 
having issues with your X config or something there are probably better 
forums/lists that you can use.
