I believe this Silicon Image IDE controller is the device that triggers
the error in your system. It has the IO address ranges that the Xserver
choked on. Looks like you have two IDE controllers in your system. If
you don't need them both, you could try disabling this one.

As I said, this bug has been fixed in Xorg 7.1. Try upgrading.
