xprop and UrgencyHint

Hi all,

How does xprop reports when the UrgencyHint is set on a window?

It seems the sentence "The visible hint bit is set" shows in the
WM_HINTS section of the output of xprop when the flag UrgencyHint is
set, but I'm not sure to understand the relationship between the
UrgencyHint and the sentence...
