LVDS plus internal TMDS is currently not supported by the xorg radeon
driver.  right now both digital outputs are hardcoded to crtc1.  You
can try my radeon output re-work patch at bug 3621:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3621
It should handle LVDS+TMDS, but I don't have a set up to test.
