Wiki: automake wrong version

How do I determine what's broken?  I've been using my current 
automake/autoconf/etc for many, many months with no problem until now.

I tried to.  When I click on the 'Login' button in the upper-right 
corner of the page I'm taken to the 'UserPreferences' page, not a 
login page.
