How to find Xorg GIT repositories

Hi,

I can't find a list of available GIT repositories. There is
http://gitweb.freedesktop.org/, but the repository names don't match
what I can check out with git. For example gitweb lists xorg-xserver,
but I have to clone git://git.freedesktop.org/git/xorg/xserver. I only
found that out by trial and error. Is there a simple mapping from gitweb
names to git URLs that works for every repository? Or is there an easy
way to get a list of all GIT repository URLs available on git.fd.o? I'd
like to add that information to the GitPage in the Wiki.
