Xorg 6.9 patch submission - How?

If you've got patches you want to start suggesting for 6.9.1, simply
create a new 6.9.1 tracker bug in bugzilla - you don't have to do anything
special, just file a bug, explain what it is in the comments and start
marking other bugs as blocking it.   Anyone can do it.
