Not right now.
Theoretically, yes, but X needs to support indirect OpenGL rendering
first (and a couple of other things). This is being worked on.

This is basic OpenGL terminology. If you're interested, I suggest
reading the RedBook:

An older version is available from this site for download.

Radeon DRI supports double-buffered visuals. I don't know exactly what's
going on here, but it doesn't matter, as it won't work anyway.
