[PATCH] very rough cut at EXA support for trident blade

Thanks to a quick review by ajax and anholt, the blt corruption has been
fixed as well as a planemask bug. The driver seems to work ok with a
full KDE desktop running now, though EXA doesn't really like the fact
that the card can't handle mixed x & y direction blts, so some of them
fall back to software, which is quite visible on this machine. XAA had
a flag to describe this sort of blt behavior and worked around it
(presumably by only passing down regions that could be copied
efficiently), maybe EXA needs that too?

Anyway, now on to the rest of the TODO list, upload/download support,
Xv, and composite hook accel.

Thanks,
Jesse
