compiz decoration plugin does not work with normal users?

Assuming you tried this while compiz was running, can you add the plugin
while it isn't running? Or if you remove the gconf key while compiz
isn't running, and then load decoration on the command line, or ...

Also, I assume you're running a window decorator?
