MGL-mixup in xgl?

Gah, done. But this will still get a compile error because in GL/glx/
glxcmds.c and glxcmdsswap.c use a "case X_GLXvop_ReleaseTexImageEXT"
which is not defined anywhere in Xorg xgl-0-0-1 or mesa 6.4.2 

(not that I care too much now, I guess that people is already too busy
with the conference ;)
