It really isn't a SBUS "bus layer" per-se.  I doesn't even need to
translate anything.  It just opens /dev/* device files and does
mmap()s at well defined per-card offsets.  And there's some glue for
getting firmware properties for the device and figuring out what
resolution the card is running at.

So there really isn't going to be anything to "port".
