In the meantime, we have another LX800 board running which shows the
same effect; vesa works perfectly, your driver shows colored "shadows"
on the right side. With the Congatec module it is cyan, on the other
board (Kontron PC104) it is slightly red. As both systems have a direct
digital LVDS connection to a TFT panel, I suppose the refresh rate
should be ok due to DPMS.
The effect looks more like the driver isn't playing with the right color
stripe order of the display, and in a different way with both hardware
boards. Could you imagine a reason for that?
