Note to the 7.2 RM

Just a remind to the 7.2 RM (is that you Daniel?) to make sure that
files that are supposed to be generated by autoconf do not have
pre-calculated/generated versions land up in the tarballs. I had
this problem with 7.1, where a number of tarballs had pre-generated
versions of a *.in file, and this caused mis-compilation in a few
cases because the one in $srcdir was being used before the one in
the build directory.
