thanks, but that didnt slve the problem....
same messages still....

any ideas?

the building os is a standard kubuntu-breezy install, the target (which 
shouldnt matter) a modified slackware....

why does the build-process want kubuntu-xorg-dev packages installed?
should it not be self-contained?
