[ANNOUNCE] xf86-input-evdev 1.1.1

Since 1.1.0:
    No longer require xserver 1.0.99.901 to build.

    Fix some segfault bugs.

    Reorganize some code.

    Functional absolute pointer support. (But relative emulation is still
    non-functional.)

    Support for, and use by default of, inotify support for better
    handling hotplug events, with a fallback to the old method if the
    kernel does not support inotify.

As there was not a changelog for 1.1.0:
    Rewrote the driver nearly from scratch, with support for more then
    just mice and keyboards, with some special note for support for
    using xkb with the keyboards.

    Of note, you will need to change your configuration files when
    upgrading to 1.1.0 or later, please see the included readme for
    details.
