Maybe completely unrelated, but I'm having a recurrent problem here that
I didn't track down yet: On a box that uses PCI GART only, with a 9200SE
(rv280), when starting the server, I hang in the first call to
WaitForIdleCP(). I'm not sure yet exactly what's going on, it seems the
card is actually crashing though, that is the hang is just a consequence
of the whole card going nuts. There has been no accel command sent
through the engine at all yet at this point.

Just running an MMIO server, then killing it, then launching the CP
server "fixes" it, it works 100% until the next time the machine is
rebooted...
