Try http://dri.freedesktop.org/~fxkuehl/host.def as a starting point.
This one assumes that you build the DRI drivers from Mesa CVS. Just
change DriDrivers to build DRI drivers from the Xorg tree. It also
assumes that you build the DRM from DRM CVS.
