Yes. There are methods that don't use a colorkey (think textured video),
and also the possibility to fall back to textured video for display
modes that don't support the overlay. Lastly, I would like to continue
to support the chromakey method (which isn't standard). Don't take this
stuff out of the hands of the driver.
