Xorg 7.0-rc1 and EXA (radeon 9200)

Hi,

I hoped to get working exa support with 7.0-rc1 (from gentoo ebuilds), but it
seems it doesn't really work.
Having transparencies or drawing shadows either with xcompmgr or the
kde-integrated functions is still slow as hell. (even slower than with XAA)

How can I check if EXA is properly working on my system? Is there any
benchmark/test suite?

The relevant part of my xorg.conf:
Section "Device"
    Identifier "Generic Graphics Card"
    Driver "radeon"
    Option "AccelMethod" "EXA"
    Option "AGPMode" "4"
# Option "AGPFastWrite" "true"
    Option "EnablePageFlip" "true"
    Option "DDCMode"
    Option "RenderAccel" "true"
    Option "BackingStore" "true"
EndSection

My Card:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc M9+ 5C63 [Radeon
Mobility 9200 (AGP)] (rev 01)
