Intel 915G with Dell 2005FPW TFT no bigger resolution then 1280x1024

hey,

i got an Dell 2005FPW TFT (20") some days ago. but i am not able to get 
an higher resolution then 1280x1024.
the tft i connect via dvi. should i use analog? i have tried 
i915resolution tool, but i think that doesnt work for me.

does anyone have an solution for me?
