OK, I did it. MergedFB works now with rotation, switchable - as usual -
at run-time. And my brain hurts. This was, so say the least, a logical
challange with all that panning, hw cursor, video and other stuff.
Now if only the window managers were smart enough to re-query xinerama
at rotation-changes (without a size-change at the same time).
But I guess RandR + Xinerama setups aren't quite usual (given the fact
that if X.org's own Xinerama is active, RandR is disabled).
